We verify with Aadhaar KYC
Every host and renter completes one-time KYC. Manual admin review within 24 hours.
Renter books & pays securely
Razorpay handles every transaction. We never touch your card data.
GPS check-in on arrival
Renter must arrive within 500m of the pinned location to start their booking — preventing booking spoofing.
Host gets paid in 24 hours
After completion, 85% lands in the host's bank. We deduct only a flat 15% platform fee.
